Is it just us, or can Dads be a bit tricky to buy for? Some say they don't want anything, others have got it all, and surely socks don't count as a gift…

Stress less, though: we've done a little of the heavy lifting for you this Father's Day, by rounding up some of our top picks for the Gads, Grandads and Dad figures out there. We're all for supporting our local mates, and so you'll find them all within Bondi, too. You can thank us later!

If you have a sporty Dad

Pop into Bondi Active at 75a Gould Street for some environmentally conscious activewear that takes its inspiration from Bondi – from the community, to fitness-focused way of life.

There's tanks and tops for gymming, shorts for a beach run, or maybe stroll from Bondi to Bronte, and classic lifestyle looks: we're talking crew necks, fleece track pants and lounge shorts.

For the spirit connoisseur

A bottle of Dad's favourite drop is always a nice touch, but what about an immersive experience, where he can craft his own?

The crew at Bondi Liquor Co. host gin masterclasses, where all guests get to take their own 200ml creation home with them, and there's also guided gin tasting masterclasses. So, why not secure a ticket for you and dad, and make a day of it.

Gifts for the surf and sand lovers

You can't go past an awe-inspiring artwork from ::Uge and the team at Aquabumps, plus their 25 Laps Around the Sun book, which came out at the end of last year, is a great one if it's proving a challenge to decide on just the one.

Add some edge to Dad's look
