Booking Terms & Conditions

T&Cs – Standard Bookings


Please see Rocker Bondi’s booking terms and conditions below:

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • All standard reservations are a 2 hour seating time unless otherwise agreed and specified.

  • All bottomless brunch reservations are a 1.5 or 2 hour seating time unless otherwise agreed and specified.

  • Please note, for bottomless brunch the food is not bottomless, only drinks.

  • All additional charges are to be settled on the day, prior to departure. Please note that we do not accept cheques. 

  • Dietary requirements are to be advised at the time of booking.

  • All bookings are held for 15 minutes. All guests within your party are to be present for your table to be seated.

  • All packages commence no later than 5 minutes after your booking time. They will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

  • Double bookings or bookings over two hours may be required to meet a minimum spend.

  • Rocker Bondi charges a 1.7% merchant fee if you pay via credit or debit card.

  • A 10% service fee will be applied to all bookings of 6 or more.

  • A 10% service fee will be applied to all bottomless brunch bookings.

  • A 10% Sunday surcharge will be applied to all bookings on Sundays.

  • A 15% public holiday surcharge will be applied to all bookings on public holidays.

  • We allow bills to be split 6 ways and no more, please inform your group of this in advance and make adequate arrangements.

  • A $20 cakeage fee will be applied for BYO cakes, one charge per cake.

  • Any cancellations within the 48-hour notice period will be charged the full pre-authorisation amount of $40 per person. We will not charge this cost if you can fill your booking with other guests.

  • For any cancellations, please use our online booking system, should you wish to cancel through us, we require written notice via email: reservations@rockerbondi.com.au

T&Cs - Exclusive Hire & Large Parties:


Booking confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once we have pre-authorised your card with a $500 holding fee for half venue hire, and $1,000 for full venue hire.

Cakes: External BYO cakes will incur a $5 per person cakeage fee.

Cancellations: Any cancellation must be made in writing to Rocker Bondi via reservations@rockerbondi.com.au. Cancellation penalties apply as follows:

 

  • Under 7 days’ notice: Forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.

  • 7 days to 21 days’ notice: Forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.

  • Up to 21 days’ notice: No penalty.

Final Numbers: Numbers for events must be confirmed one week prior to
the booking, otherwise the agreed number of packages will be charged for and non-refundable.

GST: Prices are inclusive of GST.

Payments: To secure a booking, deposits are payable as below:

  • To book a part of the restaurant exclusively we will require a minimum spend to be met on the event date. The balance of payment for your event is due and payable at completion of the event, where we will provide you with a detailed tax invoice.

  • If final payment is not received, Rocker Bondi is authorised to charge the credit card details provided on the TableCheck booking platform.

  • A merchant fee of 1.7% of the total amount payable applies for all credit and debit cards.

  • A 15% surcharge will be applied on all public holidays.

  • A 10% service fee will be applied to all group bookings over 6 guests and is added to the final invoice.

Other Conditions:

  • Rocker Bondi is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol.

  • With the exception of Kosher meals, no outside catering or beverages are permitted.

  • Rocker reserves the right to change prices, menus and ingredients at any time by notice to the client.

  • Any damage to the restaurant, its property or staff caused by the client and/or invitees will be charged to the final account.

  • Flowers and cakes can be brought to the venue, however, drop off is permitted on the day of the event only, and with prior notice.

  • Equipment can be bumped in and out of Rocker Bondi a minimum of 2 hours pre and post event.

  • Every care will be taken; however Rocker Bondi accepts no liability or responsibility for anything lost, stolen or broken.

  • Ticketed street parking is available on Campbell Parade. There is also limited all day parking on Ramsgate Avenue and streets surrounding the venue.
